     Personal phone conference and review with your book editor.

• Indexing Services - $ 2.95 per page.
  
     Complete indexing of your document. Based on number of pages of your document.

• Table of Contents -  $86.95/hour.
  
     Electronically formatted Table of Contents

Most additional services will be delivered after your editing project is completed. The additional services are available on the order form.
